Refund Policy

Marketing services are custom creative and strategic services based on planning, communication, content organization, research, writing, revisions, and client instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, time spent, deliverables prepared, revisions completed, and agreed project scope.

If a client has paid for a service and work has not started, a refund may be considered. The client should contact AngelMedia as soon as possible.

If planning, research, content writing, caption writing, calendar development, campaign planning, profile review, brand messaging, platform review, or other marketing work has started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on time spent and work completed.

Completed content calendars, delivered captions, completed marketing reviews, completed campaign plans, completed brand messaging, completed consultations, completed profile recommendations, completed digital marketing products, completed revisions, and delivered recommendations are generally not refundable once provided.

For recurring monthly support, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the agreed service period, work already performed, scheduled work, content already prepared, and any terms confirmed directly with the client.

Refunds may not be available for delays caused by missing content, incomplete instructions, late responses, unavailable files, incorrect information, unavailable platform access, or changes requested after work has started.

Any third-party costs such as software subscriptions, ad spend, stock images, design tools, scheduling tools, platform fees, outside vendor costs, or paid media costs are subject to the third party's own refund policy and may not be refundable through AngelMedia.

AngelMedia does not guarantee followers, engagement, views, leads, sales, traffic, conversions, rankings, platform approval, or viral performance. Lack of a specific marketing result does not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.
